At Alpha One Niner, we strive to ensure a seamless shipping experience for our customers. However, please note the following important points regarding our shipping policy:

  1. Carrier Responsibility: Once a package leaves our facility and is in the hands of the carrier, we relinquish control over its handling and tracking. While we diligently prepare and dispatch orders, we cannot control unforeseen circumstances that may affect delivery, such as delays caused by inclement weather or issues within the carrier's network. There have been numerous instances when USPS tracking page does not show updates until the package has been delivered.

  2. Lost or Misplaced Packages: In the event that a carrier indicates a package as delivered but you are unable to locate it, we advise contacting the carrier directly for further assistance. Unless an incorrect delivery address was provided by us, any issues regarding the whereabouts of the package are to be addressed with the respective shipping company.

  3. Delivery Estimates: The delivery estimates provided during checkout are estimates only and are not guarantees of delivery timeframes. This applies to USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority, UPS Ground services for domestic shipments, and USPS Priority International for international shipments. Please be aware that delivery times may vary, particularly during peak seasons or due to external factors like COVID-19. We recommend consulting the individual carriers for the most up-to-date information.

  4. International Orders: For our international customers, we have partnered with Market Pro to facilitate orders in selected countries where taxes are collected at checkout. This ensures a smoother customs process, as import duty taxes and/or VAT (or equivalent) are prepaid. However, please note that this service is not available for all countries we ship to. In such cases, additional taxes and duties may be imposed upon arrival, for which we cannot be held responsible.

  5. Customs Clearance: Any delays or issues arising from customs clearance are beyond our control. If your local customs department holds your shipment for inspection or any other reason, we cannot be held liable for these circumstances.

  6. Third-Party Shipping Support: We utilize a third-party shipping support service through Shopify, which means that we do not have direct control over the shipping quotes provided or the delivery timelines displayed. While we strive for accuracy, please be aware that any discrepancies should be addressed with the respective carrier.

  7. Insurance and Claims: All shipments are insured to safeguard against loss or damage. In the unfortunate event that a shipment goes missing, we can assist with claims via Shopify. However, please note that for international shipments, claims can only be initiated after a minimum of 40 days from the shipment date, and for domestic shipments, a minimum of 20 days is required.

  8. Stolen or Missing Packages: If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting your local postal service. Please note that insurance claims cannot be processed for shipments marked as delivered by the carrier.

  9. Damaged or Stolen Packages: While all shipments are insured, we regret to inform you that claims cannot be processed for packages that were delivered intact but subsequently damaged or stolen. We advise handling such instances directly with the carrier.

  10. Refunds: Refunds for approved claims will be processed promptly, irrespective of whether the funds have been received in our accounts.
