ALPHA ONE NINER LIMITED WARRANTY

Welcome to the world of ALPHA ONE NINER, one of the finest international lifestyle brands. Since our founding in 2013, Alpha One Niner has been dedicated to providing our customers with an outstanding ownership experience. Specifically, we make two commitments to our customers:

• You will enjoy using our innovative products that are designed and manufactured to be among the best in the industry;
• For five (5) years after you purchase an Alpha One Niner product from an authorized dealer, you will be covered by our Limited Warranty, subject to the terms and conditions below.

Alpha One Niner’s warranty is transferable, provided the new owner can supply valid proof of original purchase.

WARRANTY COVERAGE PERIODS

First Year of Ownership — Worry-Free Coverage

With limited exceptions, if your Alpha One Niner product is damaged during the first twelve (12) months of ownership — including damage caused by normal wear and tear — Alpha One Niner will cover all repair or replacement costs, including shipping to and from our repair facility.

If the product is determined to be beyond repair, we will replace it. If a replacement is not available, we will provide a product of comparable value.

This first-year coverage does NOT include:

  • Cuts, punctures, or tearing caused by sharp objects (e.g., knives, blades, tools)

  • Damage resulting from accidents, drops, impact, or external force

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence

  • Cosmetic damage such as stains, fading, scuffs, or fabric discoloration

  • Incidental or consequential damages, including loss or damage to contents, loss of use, or loss of time

Years Two Through Five — Defects in Materials and Workmanship

From the second through the fifth year of ownership, Alpha One Niner will repair or replace products that are defective in materials or workmanship, including structural failures such as stitching, seams, buckles, zippers, and hardware.

A nominal processing fee and shipping charges may apply.

This coverage does not include normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage caused by misuse, accidents, or external forces.

SPECIAL COVERAGE LIMITATION — LAMINATE FABRICS

Due to the inherent characteristics and aging behavior of laminated technical fabrics, warranty coverage for laminate materials is limited to two (2) years from the date of original purchase.

After two years, issues such as delamination, bubbling, peeling, stiffness changes, or coating breakdown are considered normal material aging and are not covered, even if the product remains within the five-year overall warranty period.

All non-laminate components remain covered under standard warranty terms.

EXCLUSIONS, LIMITATIONS & DISCLAIMERS

This Limited Warranty applies only to products purchased from Alpha One Niner or an authorized retailer and used under normal conditions for their intended purpose.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or improper care

  • Cuts, punctures, tearing, or abrasion from sharp objects or external forces

  • Damage from overloading or use outside intended design limits

  • Cosmetic wear including stains, fading, fraying, or discoloration

  • Damage caused by chemicals, solvents, insect repellents, oils, saltwater, or prolonged UV exposure

  • Natural breakdown of materials due to age and environmental conditions

  • Products used in professional, military, law-enforcement, or training environments beyond normal consumer use (unless otherwise agreed in writing)

  • Loss of or damage to contents carried in any product

  • Products repaired or modified by anyone other than Alpha One Niner or an authorized repair partner

Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Alpha One Niner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of income, travel expenses, inconvenience, or replacement of contents.

  • Alpha One Niner’s total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by jurisdiction.

WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS

To submit a warranty claim, customers must:

  1. Provide proof of original purchase

  2. Submit clear photos of the issue and a description of how it occurred

  3. Receive approval prior to shipping any product for inspection or repair: LINK

Alpha One Niner reserves the right to determine whether a product qualifies for repair, replacement, or denial under warranty terms.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, duties, taxes, and customs fees when sending or receiving products internationally. Alpha One Niner is not responsible for delays caused by customs or carrier handling.
